Plastitech Products is a manufacturing company which is located in the city of North Bay, Ontario, Canada. Plastitech Products is the manufacturer of the Contour Pedal Boat Line, the Aqua-Mate Pedal Boat Line, the Kayaki Kayak and also the newest product line for the company, the Kiwi Kayak.
Plastitech Products was established in 1987 as a manufacturer of the Contour Pedal Boat line. At that time the boats were sold in North America, through a network of Manufacturers Representatives, Distributors and Marine Dealers. The company expanded it's product base when it purchased the Aqua-Mate Pedal Boat rights, securing it's place as a leader in recreational pedal boat manufacturing. Recently, Plastitech purchased the Kiwi Kayak company from California and moved the manufacturing to it's North Bay facility. Products are marketed in North America, and around the world with boats being shipped to Europe, the Middle East, Japan and also shipping to Australia.
In the North America, Contour, Aqua-Mate and Kayaki's and Kiwi Kayaks can be found at marine dealers across the continent. Bay Distributors, a sister company of Plastitech, supplies the Ontario market and can be contacted for further information.
